Pricing & Information
Chocolate Rose Bakeshop creates all types of custom cakes that are made to order! We are a meet by appointment-only bakeshop. We set up cake consultations over the phone. Consultations are available only on tiered cakes and wedding cakes feeding 50 or more guests.
When placing an order, please use the following steps:

Please give at least one week’s notice for sheet cakes and 1 or 2-layered rounds. Please give at least 2 week’s notice for tiered or customized cakes. Orders must be placed by phone.

Orders are placed over the phone! Call us at 860-376-0014. Best days and times to call are earlier in the week, on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please use e-mail and Facebook messenger when sending photographs and letting us know your theme and colors.

Our cakes are priced by the number of servings, so please inform us about how many guests you will need to feed. Most cake designs have a minimum order requirement.

Choose a cake flavor, filling, and buttercream icing flavor. Please note that we do not use perishable fillings for cakes with bright or dark colors, or fondant work
Wedding Cakes:
Price is determined by the time, design, and work that goes in to making your picture-perfect wedding/bridal shower/groom's cake. Your date is reserved once we have received a deposit from you.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit is applied to the final cost of your wedding cake. Payment in full is required by 2 weeks prior to your event. Payment 2 weeks to 30 days prior to your event, needs to be in the form of credit card, money order, bank certified check, or cash. If payment is made, and received, over 30 days prior to your event, it can be a personal check.
Delivery and setup for wedding cakes, feeding 65 or more guests, is included within 30 miles driving distance from our location. All deliveries above 30 miles are figured, based on mileage.
Buttercream Iced Cakes start at $3.75 per serving
Fondant Iced Cakes start at $4.75 per serving

Two-Tiered Cakes:
Two Tiered Cakes, Buttercream Iced. Pricing starts at $2.00 per serving with a minimum number of 30 servings.
